Refund policy

Return and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of carrier mishandling. Every bottle of EVOO is inspected on bottling, import and repackaging and any characteristics such as cloudiness or janky penmanship are not considered to be flaws, but unique and symbolic qualities of an authentic, handmade product.
